Hello, I am Reverand Demond D. Crider, newly ordained in the Universal Ministries as of March 14th. This is my first attempt ever at doing a blog, so I hope all of you will be patient with me. Why am I doing this? Well, first of all I've been blessed with 4 wonderful children, but at the same time I have attempted to build a family 3 times and failed. 3 relationships, including one marriage, failed. Why did they fail? Well for numerous reasons, this blog is not to point fingers at anybody, but since the last relationship failed in October of last year, I have spent many a waking night asking myself why? What did I do wrong? I am proud to tell you that I found the answer very early in the morning on March 14th. I finally got the calling, the message that I must do God's work, I was sitting here at the computer and I got the inspiration, I realize that I have not been putting the lord first in my life, not all the time anyway, I have been trying to handle things on my own. That thinking my friends, is wrong. You MUST put God and our lord and savior Jesus Christ first in your everyday lives, everything else does not matter unless you do this! I know there are a lot of souls out there wandering aimlessly, wondering why their lives are such a shambles, its not too late! God never turns his back on his flock, he is patient, and true. He is waiting for all of us to “wake up” and realize this. A spiritual awakening is nothing that can be forced on you, it must develop in its own due time. But my friends, when it happens it is such a joyous thing!
We're going to use this blog to help get the word out, maybe we can reach out and help some other souls out there. My fellow pastor the Reverand Douglas Patterson also has a blog, you can read about his ministries at http://thewordinhisname.blogspot.com Reverand Doug is also newly ordained in the faith, welcome Reveran Doug!
I'm going to close this one out with some verse from Psalm 32:13-15,
13 The LORD watches from heaven;
he sees all people.
14 From the place where he lives he looks carefully
at all the earth’s inhabitants.
15 He is the one who forms every human heart,
and takes note of all their actions.
Reverand Demond D. Crider
